  • MAINTENANCE REQUEST

    Is either your unit or the common area in need of Maintenance? If so, please click here to submit a Maintenance Request.

  • PRE-AUTHORIZED RENT PAYMENT (DEBIT) SERVICE

    Do you still need to submit your paperwork to set up your Pre-Authorized Rent payments per your Tenancy Agreement. If so, please click here to access the form for your completion and return to your building's Manager.

  • CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FOR SECURITY DEPOSITS

    While we do not accept Credit Card Payments for your monthly Rent payments, we do accept Credit Card payments for your initial Security Deposit payment.  If you would like to pay initial Security Deposit by Credit Card, please click here to do so.

  • MOVING TIPS

    Moving can be stressful but we have found that most moves proceed well if the Tenant and Building Manager remain in contact throughout the move. Please click here for some helpful tips and information for your move.

  • TENANT INSURANCE PROGRAM

    All tenants are required to have their own tenants' property and liability insurance coverage per Section 28 of the Tenancy Agreement. Tenant property and tenant liability is not covered under the Landlord's building insurance. Square One Insurance offers a tenant's insurance program, with preferred pricing, to our Tenants. Please click at one of the following for the relevant information sheet on the program: Lower Mainland - Cascadia tenant; Lower Mainland - Nacel tenant; Vancouver Island; and, Fort McMurray. Please note that each of the 4 programs has its own "offer code" to quote for purpose of receiving the preferred rate.

  • PREFERRED SERVICE PARTNERS

    From time to time, we will be adding new Preferred Service Partners who will agree to provide value added services or to provide services at discounted or preferred rate for our Tenants. Please revisit this page as we will be adding, or updating, service programs regularly for the benefit of all of our Tenants.
